One of my first prayers, when news breaks of a mass shooting, is for the family of the alleged shooter. It is grievously hard to lose a loved one, beyond horrible to lose a loved one to violence, but to be the mom of the one who caused the terror—there are no words. She too, is a victim.
Please join me in praying for the families of those who died, those whose dreams are shattered and the victims who still live.
Susan, I think the same thing. I cannot even begin to imagine the heartbreaking pain of the mothers…the families…of those who did the shooting. I join you in praying for them, as well as the families of those who were victims of the shooters.
